Fees are billed each semester. A deposit is required when you sign your contract and the first installment is due prior to moving into College. Alternative fee payment arrangements (i.e. monthly payments) can be made by contacting our accounts department.

Returning students (2nd year): $38,760
35 weeks of residence during the two semesters of the academic year 鈥� regardless of university
Returning students (3rd year): $38,760
38 weeks of residence during the two semesters of the academic year 鈥� regardless of university
Please Note:
Currently all first and second year university students must vacate their rooms during the mid-year break. Third year students are able to stay during this break. Storage sheds are available so international and interstate students can securely store belongings they don't wish to take home.
Move in date for first year students in 2026 is Saturday 21st of February. Move in date for returning students is Saturday 27th of February.聽
